01Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of People Remover at peopleremover.com. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf.
02Our photo editing service
People Remover helps you remove selected people, objects and text from photos using AI-generated background repair. You mark the area to replace and review the edited result. Standard repair uses 1K generation; HD Repair uses 2K generation. Both modes export at the original photo dimensions and combine the repaired area with your photo.
AI creates a plausible replacement; it does not recover the actual scene hidden behind an object. Results can contain artifacts or inaccurate details. Review every result before publishing, printing or relying on it. Downloaded PNG files do not preserve all original image metadata.
03Accounts and access
You can try a standard repair without signing in. Google is the supported account sign-in method. Keep access to your Google account secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use of your People Remover account.
Trial and first-sign-in benefits are granted once, rather than renewed daily. Do not create multiple accounts, manipulate sessions or otherwise evade usage limits. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
04Credits and HD access
- Visitors who have not signed in receive 2 free credits, enough for one Standard repair. The first verified Google sign-in adds 4 credits, once per account.
- Standard repair uses 2 credits. HD Repair uses 5 credits and is available to users with a successful one-time purchase or subscription payment.
- Signup credits and purchased credits use the same balance for eligible repairs. A sufficient balance alone does not unlock HD for an unpaid account.
- One-time purchased credits do not expire. Monthly credits refresh after a paid renewal; unused monthly credits expire at the end of their billing period and do not accumulate.
Credits are service usage units, not currency, deposits or transferable property. They cannot be exchanged for cash except where a refund is required by applicable law. Current package amounts and prices appear on our pricing page.
05Payments and subscriptions
Prices are displayed in USD. Review the final price, any applicable taxes, billing frequency and payment terms at checkout before confirming a purchase. If checkout is unavailable, no payment is collected through that attempt.
A one-time pack is a single purchase. A monthly subscription renews and charges for each billing period until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not turn unused monthly credits into permanent credits. Monthly credits remain subject to the paid period's expiration date.
Payment providers process payment details. We keep payment and subscription identifiers needed to grant credits and reconcile transactions. Contact support@peopleremover.com about missing credits, duplicate charges or cancellation assistance.
06Failed repairs and refunds
If processing fails, we return all credits used for that repair. Repeated error reports for the same job do not create multiple refunds. Contact support with the job or payment reference if your balance appears incorrect.
A completed result that does not match your preferences is different from a processing failure; AI quality varies and automatic credit refunds are not promised for subjective dissatisfaction. Contact us so we can investigate. A credit restoration is not a refund of the original payment. Any payment refund request will be considered under the purchase terms and applicable consumer law.
07Your images and content rights
You retain whatever rights you hold in your uploaded images. You must have the rights, permissions and any necessary consent to upload, edit and use them, including permission relating to identifiable people where required.
You authorize us and the providers needed to deliver the service to store, transmit and process your images and selection masks for editing, result delivery and support. This permission does not give us ownership of your photos. We do not publish your images as promotional examples without permission.
You are responsible for your use of the edited output. AI processing does not guarantee exclusive rights, copyright protection or freedom from third-party claims.
08Prohibited uses
Do not use People Remover to:
- Infringe copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights, including removing ownership markings from content you do not have permission to modify.
- Create deceptive evidence, commit fraud, impersonate others or mislead people about material facts.
- Upload illegal material, explicit sexual content or nudity, sexually provocative content, graphic violence, weapons, drug use, child exploitation, self-harm, hate or harassment content.
- Upload malicious code, access another user's data, bypass payment or credit controls, or disrupt the service.
- Use unauthorized automated access or resell access to the service without our permission.
Photos are screened by an automated content review before editing. Flagged photos are not processed, and any credits reserved for them are returned. Automated review may not catch every prohibited image, and you remain responsible for what you upload.
We may restrict access or suspend accounts to address abuse, security incidents or violations. Where appropriate and lawful, contact support to ask us to review a restriction.
09Availability and stored files
The service depends on third-party infrastructure and AI processing. Features may change, processing may be delayed, and outages can occur. We may perform maintenance or limit usage to protect service reliability.
Keep your own copies of original and edited images. People Remover is not a backup or archival service. The Privacy Policy explains current storage and deletion practices, including how processing file links work.
10Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free output or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or losses resulting from reliance on AI output. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11Changes and resolving concerns
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel. Updated terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
Please contact us first about a dispute or service concern so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising mandatory rights or contacting a competent regulator or court.
